Payment methods
- PayPal or credit/debit card through the secure PayPal network (Italy and European Union countries)
- Advance bank transfer (only for orders delivered in Italy)
Shipping times
- Products available in stock: shipped within 1-2 working days of payment
- Products on backorder: we source them from our suppliers after the order and deliver them within 5–10 working days; for these products the minimum order is €10
- an order containing both available and backorder products is shipped all together, once all items are ready
- once dispatched, the courier usually delivers within 24/48 hours in Italy and within 2-5 working days in other countries
Shipping costs in Italy (BRT/SDA courier)
- stock products only: €6.50, free from €29.90
- with backorder products: €6.50, free from €80 of spending
Shipping costs to other European Union countries (UPS courier)
- flat rate of €15 including VAT per order, with no free-shipping threshold
- countries served: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary; we currently do not ship to Cyprus and Malta
